AWNINGS PATTERN

Image
ALOE Since the complex was built, the approved design for awnings has been BOSTON.   With all awnings being made using this design a uniform look has been achieved.  Now, however, BOSTON, has been discontinued and removed from the catalogue. Some companies still have a limited supply of the BOSTON material but Benito has spoken to the manufacturer in Barcelona who has confirmed that they have not manufactured BOSTON for several years. If you wish to have an awning installed you can choose either BOSTON or the new approved pattern shown below, ALOE. . Please contact the Committee for written approval before installing your awning.

You need to quote Comunidad Residencial Albatros and Asejur San Javier when placing your order. When the paint is at the Torre Pacheco shop you will be contacted by email or by phone if you give them your number. Contact

GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS SEPTEMBER 2014

Image
Albatros Main Entrance Thanks to a few hour's work from a willing volunteer, a couple of pots of paint and a can of graffiti remover, the sub station by the car entrance gate has been smartened up.  The 'tatty' doors are now looking very smart with a coat of green paint and the missing risk labels have been replaced.  The side wall to your right as you look at the car gate has been painted in the complex colours. The 'CAICO' blemish has been expertly and cunningly removed without the need to repaint the grey soundproofing. Car Park Wall Now then ....... did someone go forwards instead of backwards????  Or is it wear and tear??  We will never know.  This hole in the render has now been repaired along with a smaller portion on the other side of the wall at the opposite end of the car park.  We will continue to monitor the wall but hopefully it will be ok for the foreseeable future.
